IBB is “Certain” Buhari Will Crush Boko Haram

Previous military President, Ibrahim Babangida, says he has “implicit confidence” that President Muhammadu Buhari will squash Boko Haram. In an extraordinary eid-el-fitri message on Wednesday, Babangida said late exercises of the extremists have “continued to raise our adrenaline, in a season of apprehension and utter suspicion, about our security engagements and the sum total of our collective sufferance as a nation”.
