Pic: Seven die as pedestrian bridge collapses on taxi in Kano

Seven persons including a cabbie and his travelers kicked the bucket this evening after an uncompleted bridge at Dorayi quarters in Kano state crumpled on them at around 4.45pm yesterday April 26th.

As per reports, construction workers had cautioned the cab driver and walkers not to go under the extension as it was still under development however they disregarded the notice and when the cabbie drove under the bridge, it folded, falling on the taxi murdering the driver, its travelers and other people on foot. The bodies of the victimized people have been stored at a healing facility funeral home.
