A brief overview of the recent developments in Nagorno-Karabakh:

  • On November 29, Russian peacekeepers established a special-purpose medical field hospital in Stepanakert;
  • On November 29, Russia transferred military equipment and ammunition to Karabakh using via the Yalama-Baku-Yevlakh-Barda railway in Azerbaijan;
  • As of November 30, Russia reported that more than 24 hectares of land and about 8 kilometers of roads were cleared from mines and IEDs and 750 explosive objects were found and destroyed;
  • As of November 30, 23,514 displaced persons have returned to their homes in Karabakh with the assistance of Russian peacekeepers.
