Texas Sen. Ted Cruz ended his presidential campaign Tuesday, dispensing with the greatest obstacle to Donald Trump’s walk to the Republican nomination. The conservative tea party torch who attempted to give himself a role as the main suitable option to Trump ended his campaign after a stinging annihilation in Indiana’s Republican primary.
