Making its debut in concept form earlier this season at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the production 2017 Honda Civic hatchback is just a bit toned down as expected. Luckily there aren’t any major design changes to the outside, and we are able to expect the Si and Type R models to get more aggressive, just like the concept.
It seems that these specific units are going to the U.S. while the photos were taken while the Honda Civic hatchbacks were being loaded onto a cargo ship in the U.K.

Honda enthusiasts will need to sit tight and wait before the 2016 Paris Motor Show in late September to see what the next-generation Civic Type R brings to the table. Rumor has it so it will boast around 340 horsepower and don’t be surprised if Honda is spending so much time to reclaim its front-wheel-drive title round the Nurburgring given that Volkswagen has taken it away.
