Why’re Banks Not Opened Today?

I went to GT BANK to pick up my atm card today yet GT and every other banks around didnt open today. To start with bank, first Bank, uba, access, virtually all of them. Is this happening in kogi state alone or all over the Nation ?. In the event that u are encountering such where u are please comment
