A yearly celebration held to celebrate P3NISES has been held – and hundreds have gathered to see colossal phalluses parade the boulevards. Shinto Kanamara Matsuri, otherwise known as the Festival of the Steel Phallus, sees goliath masculinity shaped shrines assume control lanes in Kawasaki, Japan.
