Shirt stained with John Lenon’s blood, sells for N9million .

The shirt, worn by Concierge Jay Hastings, got stained on the night the former Beatles member was murdered by a deranged fan, Mark Chapman. Hastings was wearing it as part of his uniform at the Dakota building in New York.

 

As Lenon stumbled through the door and collapsed, he rushed to help him and blood soaked into his shirt while he tried to give him aid. The shirt which still has the visible stains on the chest and sleeves, has now been bought for $31k
