There was panic early Tuesday morning, May 5, at the Otedola bridge inward Berger, Lagos state, as a tanker fully laden with Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) called petroleum fell. Fortunately, there is no explosion and emergency officials were swiftly mobilized to the scene. The heavy traffic gridlock on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway has begun to construct while the responders continue steadily to work to control the situation.
