I was at the robbery scene to patronize prostitutes – Suspect

Chukwubuike Ibeh, 24, arrested for stealing, has denied being a robber, adding that he was arrested in front of a popular hotel where he normally went to have sex with prostitutes, Pmexpress reports.

Ibeh was arrested by the police at about 8 p.m, in front of a hotel located at Coker street, Ejigbo, after one Sunday Egwu was robbed of his phone and N83,000.
Ibeh said he was heading home when the police arrested him and he explained to them where he was coming and they became angry and questioned why he would go to a hotel to patronize sex workers. .

He was subsequently charged to court for conspiracy and stealing. He pleaded not guilty and the presiding Magistrate, Mrs A.K. Shonubi, granted him bail in the sum of N50,000 with one surety in like sum. .

On why he prefer sex workers, he said they afford him the opportunity to make choices among women of different complexions, shapes and sizes and also offer quality service delivery at affordable prices, without any stress of keeping and maintaining a girlfriend.
