Too bad: A Zimbabwian lady stripped n@ked and sexually assaulted in Zimbabwe (Video)

So Zimbabweans share  uncivilized character among its people. I have be thinking what could be the reason behind stripping someone Unclad in Public ? Could it be lack of education or just pure hatred for whatever the victim did that lead to such a barbaric act which in any case can never be justified via jungle justice.
